This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and supports both the CTO and CPO.
The Role
The remote executive virtual assistant job blends traditional executive assistant responsibilities with personal assistant support. You will serve as a strategic partner—anticipating needs, managing complexity, protecting executive time, and ensuring priorities move forward seamlessly.

Primary Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, and itineraries.
- Prepare executives for meetings with agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
- Act as liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
- Handle confidential and time-critical information with discretion.
Personal Assistant Support
- Manage personal logistics, including scheduling and travel planning.
- Support family-related coordination (schools, events, special occasions).
- Act as a trusted extension of the executive, handling tasks efficiently.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Draft and organize correspondence, documents, and presentations.
- Track commitments, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Assist with company operations, partnerships, fundraising, and board engagement.

Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (EA, PA, or Chief of Staff roles).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and pivot quickly.
- Comfort working independently in fast-moving environments.
