The key role is to provide maximum customer satisfaction by ensuring they achieve desired outcome using Rankbreese’s products and services.
Basic tasks include:
- Providing prompt professional assistance in a friendly manner
- Responding to customer complaints and inquiries via chat, email, and phone calls
- Trouble shooting service and product to provide effective solutions
- Providing current and accurate information by staying updated on client products, policies and services
- Liaising and working with teams to exchange ideas and feedbacks for continuous improvement on customer experience

Requirements for the Remote Customer Success Manager at Rankbreeze
- 0-1 years customer service experience especially in a tech sector or startup
- Experience with vacation rental market or Airbnb
- Proficient in the use of support software, tech savvy and eager to learn new tools
- Self-motivated. Detail-oriented, organization and project management skills
- Proactive in thinking, innovative and action-oriented.
- Efficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills (oral ad written). Proficient in English

- Providing continous support by providing solutions, answers to questions from customers.

- Managing onboarding timelines and coordinating tasks between various teans to ensure smooth execution of services. Coordinating bug reports and feedbacks between operations, development and support teams.
Monitoring Performance:
- Conducting regular evaluation and analysis of customer performance metrics and providing reports for identifying areas of growtha and improvements.
Process Improvement:
- Contributing to overall work efficiency and customer satiiisfaction by improving and enhancing project workflow processes.
Service Mangement:
- Ensure professional services for listing optimization for high revenue generation and customer success.
Smart Integration:
- Integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency for maximum customer satisfaction.
